The Board of Directors are the promoters of the company. All the Directors of the company are well experienced in the automobile industry. All of them were working in several automobile companies in the Middle East for several years.

The Directors of the company are :-


	K. NARAYANAN – MANAGING DIRECTOR He is also having a great experience in this field. He worked with the Popular Vehicles & Services, Ernakulam as a Mechanic and worked with M/s. Bhawan Automotives, Muscat as a Service Adviser for 9 years. He was working with the Franchisee of Daewoo Motors, Korea. He is an expert in the Daewoo vehicles and he is able to troubleshoot all Korean vehicles. He is the Service In-charge of Korean vehicles in Mustang.


	M. D. TONY – DIRECTOR He is having 6 years experience in Popular Vehicles & Services, Ernakulam and after that he has worked as a Service Adviser in M/s. Bhawan Automobiles, Sultane of Oman. He is highly skilled technician, trained in Japan. He is the champion of skill contest conducted in 1995 at Baharin and he has also got the international championship of Toyota Motor Corporation, Japan in April, 1996. Mr. Hiroshi Akuda, the president of Toyota Motor Corporation presented the championship. He is an expert in trouble shooting of highly sophisticated Japanese and German cars with computerised controls. In Mustang, he is heading the imported car service division. He is especially dealing with the Toyota and Lexus vehicles.


	C. K. JOSE - DIRECTOR He has proven his excellence in the automobile service industry when he was working with M/s. Popular Vehicles & Services, Ernakulam. He worked with them for 10 years. Later, he worked for 15 years in M/s. Bhawan Automotives, Muscat as Service Adviser. Now, he is having the responsibility as Technical Director of Mustang Motors. He is looking the Ford cars, Opel cars, etc. at Mustang.


	T. P. PAUL - DIRECTOR He is having 9 years experience in Popular Automobiles, Ernakulam as Purchase-In-Charge and 10 years in Muscat as Sales Executive. He is now heading the purchase department of the company.


	DAVIS PAUL – DIRECTOR He was working as a Sales Representative in the Popular Automobiles, Ernakulam for 7 years. Later he worked as Sales Executive at M/s. Bhawan Automotives, Muscat for 8 years. He is now heading branch office of Mustang at Thrissur.


	P. N. NANDA KUMAR - DIRECTOR He worked with M/s. Popular Automobiles, Ernakulam for a period of 10 years and then he was rendering his service to M/s. Bhawans Automotives, Muscat for a period of 5 years.


	DAVIS. M. A. - DIRECTOR He was working with M/s. Al-Shaik Automotives as Car Electrical Maintenance Technician for 12 years. Now in Mustang, he is heading the Car Electrical Maintenance Department.
